Where are you located?+

We’re based in Miami, Florida — but our cameras have passports. And they have taken us all around the world. From destination weddings in Italy and Spain, to private islands of Hawaii, Barbados, and the Mountaintops of the Carolinas, we’re always ready to travel wherever your story takes us.

How do you typically communicate with clients?+

We love starting with a call or Zoom chat — it’s the best way to get to know you and your story. That said, we’re flexible. Email and text works great, too (we’re quick to reply).

Can I select the music for my video?+

We work primarily with licensed, royalty-free music — this ensures you can safely post and share your film on any platform. If your film is for private use, we’re happy to explore.

How will I receive my film?+

Your wedding film will be delivered in stunning 4K resolution via an online link and digital download. If you’ve selected our Raw Footage Add-On, we’ll also ship a hard drive containing every captured moment (and then some).

Do you recommend other vendors?+

Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with photographers, planners, florists, and other incredible vendors — professionals we trust and love working with. If you’d like our curated list of recommendations, just reach out.

Do you charge travel fees?+

For weddings outside South Florida, travel and lodging costs are customized based on the location and duration of your event. We’ll always be upfront about those details and handle all logistics to make things seamless for you.

How long does it take to receive my film?+

Our typical turnaround time is 8–12 weeks, depending on the season. Every edit is done by hand — we never rush the storytelling. You’ll receive something worth the wait: polished, intentional, and timeless.
