• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Retainers are non-refundable.
• Refund Policy: Payments beyond the retainer may be refunded only if no work has begun and cancellation occurs within the time frame outlined in the service agreement.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require an additional fee.
