Q. Where are you located?

A. We are based in Miami, Florida but travel all over to produce content for our clients. So feel free to fly us out to Bora Bora, Greece, Japan, or wherever.

Q. How do you typically communicate with your clients?

A. We always prefer to either meet in person or speak with our clients over the phone. Those methods are much easier in getting to know the needs of our clients and how we can best assist them. We do understand, however, that it may be difficult for people to meet or schedule a call, which is why we are always available via email or text! We pride ourselves in our quick response time and availability. For that reason, we no longer communicate via telegraph or carrier pigeon.

Q. How much input do i have towards the final product?

A. What we create for you is for YOU. We always want our clients to be ecstatic with our work and for that reason we prioritize producing the content that they want. That being said, you have a lot of input towards the final product! We are always open to making revisions until you love what we’ve made.

Q. can i select the song for the video?

A. We work almost exclusively with licensed or royalty free music to incorporate into the final video. This allows you to be able to share and save your video to any platform without the risk of it being taken down. But we DO take song requests for videos that will not be shared. So if you want Billie Jean playing over your ceremony video for your own viewing pleasure, you got it.

Q. What equipment do you use?

A. Right now we are loving our Panasonic S1H and Fujifilm XT-3. They capture gorgeous 4k video in both normal and slow motion. The exceptional color, quality, and durability of the cameras are a few of the reasons why we trust them to capture your content. We also provide high quality audio with the Sennheiser G4 wireless microphone and the Zoom H4N Pro. Our drone is the Mavic 2 Pro and we get those silky smooth shots with the Zhiyun Crane 2 and Rhino Slider.

Q. how do you deliver the video?

A. We deliver a 4k high resolution video file to our clients via digital download as well as a usb/hard drive file. We’ll mail you a hard copy and make sure you have access to it online!

Q. Are you able to recommend other vendors for my wedding?

A. We absolutely will be able to recommend other vendors. There are several photographers, planners, florists, and more that we regularly work with. We vouch for these companies and love working with them! For a list of these recommendations, please refer to our vendor list.
